The complete platform
for expedite carriers.
Every feature in detail, how one load moves through BaltriX, the technical details for your IT team, and how BaltriX compares.
One load, start to finish.
Upload a PDF, photo or screenshot. BaltriX reads broker, stops, windows and rate, and you check every field before a load exists.

Real app screen · sample data
The closest empty truck with the right equipment is suggested. You make the assignment and the load lands in the driver’s app.

Real app screen · sample data
One swipe per status. The office, the live map and your customer update together, about every 30 seconds while moving.
← Loads
3 skids · 1,100 lb · liftgate
⇣ To delivery: 176 mi · ETA 9:27 PM EDT
Sample data
A branded live page and scheduled update emails with the same ETA your dispatchers see. No login.

Demo carrier · sample data
The driver scans the POD. Complete & Invoice builds one PDF with the invoice, rate confirmation and POD for you to send.
Sample data
Everything the office uses,
organized around the load.
Dispatch
Rate confirmation reading
PDF, photo or screenshot from any broker, extracted into an editable review. Nothing dispatches until you confirm.
Dispatch board + day-off planner
A week of trucks on one screen: empty, picking up, rolling or home, with day-off requests in the same view.
Closest-truck suggestion
Empty trucks ranked by equipment and distance to pickup. The dispatcher makes the call.
At-risk and overdue alerts
ETA slip, gone dark, stopped off-site and detention raise themselves before the broker calls.
Tracking
Live fleet map
Every truck about every 30 seconds while moving, with the iPhone app, with ETA and ping age.
Branded customer page
Your logo and colors, real route map, live ETA in the stop’s local time. No login for the customer.
Update emails that send themselves
Every 1, 2, 4 or 8 hours in transit, plus pickup, delivery, delay and “arriving in ~30 min”.
Ask about this shipment
Customers ask in any language and get answers from live data. Never shows rates or the driver’s phone.
BaltriX Track
Track any shipment in 30 seconds with a one-time 6-character driver code. No account, stops on its own.
Drivers
iPhone driver app
Loads with stops, navigation and documents. One swipe per status, no accept step. Coming soon to the App Store and Google Play.
Translated chat + voice notes
Dispatch writes in English; drivers read and reply in their own language. Voice notes get a transcript.
Fuel on route
Diesel prices along the lane, so drivers fill up where it is cheaper.
Document wallet
Licenses, medical cards and insurance with renewal reminders. PODs attach to the load when scanned.
Trust & billing
Trust Score on every load
0–100 with plain-English reasons: GPS spoofing, VPN, extra devices, authority age, contact changes. Flags potential problems; never cancels a load on its own.
Complete & Invoice
One PDF with the invoice, rate confirmation and POD, ready for the broker or your factoring company.
Detention that bills itself
Geofence arrival and departure times feed detention straight onto the invoice.
Reports + proof of location
On-time, dwell, detention and scorecards, plus a SHA-256 proof-of-location PDF with a public verify link.
Integrations
ELD connections
Samsara, Motive, Geotab, Teletrac Navman, TT ELD, Omnitracs and Verizon Connect. Truck location only, with carrier approval.
API + signed webhooks
REST API and HMAC-signed webhooks for loads, positions and stop events. Docs at baltrix.io/developers.
Roles for the whole office
Dispatchers, accountants and drivers each get their own workspace. Company admins are ID-verified.

How does rate confirmation extraction work?
Upload a PDF, photo or screenshot from any broker. Broker, stops, windows, rate and references are extracted into an editable review screen. Nothing dispatches until you confirm.
What does live tracking need?
Drivers run the iPhone app with location set to Always; positions update about every 30 seconds while moving, even with the phone locked. Connected ELDs can feed truck positions without a phone. Drivers on other phones can use baltrix.io in the mobile browser.
How does the free trial work, and what does BaltriX cost?
Every company starts with a 14-day free trial of the full platform, no credit card required. After that BaltriX is $99 a month, or $79 a month billed annually ($948/year), for fleets up to 50 trucks, with every truck and dispatcher included. Larger fleets, talk to us. Founding carriers keep their price for as long as they stay subscribed.
How do drivers join?
Through their carrier’s invite link or code. Drivers get the iPhone app with their own loads and documents, with no separate account setup.
How does invoicing work?
When a load is delivered with a POD, Complete & Invoice builds one PDF with the invoice, rate confirmation and POD. Review it, then send it to the broker or your factoring company.
Does the office see driver documents?
Yes. Licenses, medical cards and insurance live in a document wallet with renewal reminders, and PODs attach to the load the moment the driver scans them.
Do you connect to our ELD?
Yes, with carrier approval for each request: Samsara, Motive, Geotab, Teletrac Navman, TT ELD, Omnitracs and Verizon Connect. ELD requests share truck location only.
