X by BaltriX — Privacy Policy

X by BaltriX ("X") is a Chrome extension made by Baltic Global Inc., the company behind BaltriX (baltrix.io). This policy explains what X collects and how it is used. It adds to the BaltriX Privacy Policy at https://baltrix.io/privacy.

Who can use X

X is only available to BaltriX users whose company has been given access to X.

What X collects

• Your BaltriX sign-in. When you sign in, your email or phone and password are sent to baltrix.io to log you in. X stores the sign-in token on your computer (Chrome extension storage) so you stay signed in. X never stores your password.
• Load board page text. When the active tab is a DAT One (one.dat.com) or Sylectus (sylectus.com) page, X reads the text on that page, including load details and the broker contact information shown there, and sends it to baltrix.io to find and rank the loads. X does not read any other website.
• Your questions. Questions you type in the Ask X tab are sent to baltrix.io with the current page's load data.

How it is used

BaltriX uses this data only to show you the ranked loads, suggested bids and counters, truck matches and answers in the X panel, and to create draft loads when you ask it to. Your company's trucks, locations and rate floors come from your BaltriX account.

To read the page and answer questions, BaltriX sends the page text to an AI model provider that processes it on our behalf. The provider does not use it for anything else.

How long it is kept

• Page text is not stored after the request is processed.
• The ranked results are kept for 24 hours so Ask X can answer follow-up questions, then deleted.
• BaltriX keeps a daily count of how many times your company used X (no page content) for billing and limits.
• Draft loads you create stay in your BaltriX account like any other load until you delete them.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything outside X and BaltriX. X never books a load, sends a message or contacts a broker on its own. Emails to brokers open in your own email app for you to send.

Your choices

You can sign out in the X panel at any time, which deletes the stored token. Removing the extension deletes everything X stored on your computer. To delete your BaltriX data, use the delete account option in BaltriX or email support@baltrix.io.
